To use after a colleague has run the QuickStart Wizard but they have not set Member links

Hi xxx,

It's great to see that you have now run the trymehere Wizard! To make sure that your colleagues and friends see appropriate guidance you need to do a couple of things:

Select the Manage Members tab on the trymehere service site (service.trymehere.com) and then select Member Links. Link a Member to the appropriate Member Groups. You can quite easily create any new Member Groups you wish to use.

To make sure that you show the correct guidance for each of your Activities, select the Manage Members tab again and then select Activities. By going through each activity you can decide whether a particular Member Group will see either Availability guidance or non-availability guidance for that particular Activity. You can quite easily create new activities and incorporate them into your Routine Schedule.

Remember, if you ever get stuck just press a help button - and don't forget that you can override routine guidance at a push of a button by setting QuickStatus on the console.
