Member etiquette

In a world increasingly dominated by telecommunications, the need to engender trust should not be overlooked if good personal relationships are to be maintained with friends and colleagues. Etiquette lies at the very heart of trymehere and, if trust is abused, then a Paying Member could react by curtailing their service to you.

For Members : "I will do my best to respect the guidelines supplied by Paying Members unless circumstances are exceptional or for an emergency". Paying Members wish to provide availability guidance to work colleagues and friends. They also use the service to achieve a better work-life balance and providing guidance on whether they are available or not lies at the heart of that desire. If a Paying Member states that they are not available please follow their guidance.

For Paying Members : "I will do my best to ensure that the information I supply is as accurate as possible without becoming a 'slave to the machine". As a Paying Member you use the service to help your colleagues and friends by supplying availability guidance. If the activity information you provide is highly inaccurate or you are not available if you say you are - of course subject to best efforts! - then the use of the service will be devalued.

Please remember: trymehere is a tool to help improve your life; it is NOT intended to be another piece of technology to become a slave to!
