Overview: Our principal activity is on-line provision of personal availability guidance
,
preferred contact methods
and activity
information by Publishing Members
to their Member Community
.
The trymehere service is a pure internet service and does not require the uploading of your address book or contact list to our server or involve the downloading of any software to your personal
computer
. Each Publishing Member creates their own profile and maintains a list of
authorized Members who can see that information.
The trymehere service is different from many other web sites inasmuch as Publishing Members enter personal information explicitly to share it with other authorised Members. Agreement for trymehere
to do this is achieved through an explicit 'opt-in'
process.
Providing visitors with anonymous access: You can access our public web site and browse the site without disclosing any personal data. You only start to disclose personal data when you have registered which requires the provision of a preferred email address and password.

If we wish to use your profile data for an additional purpose, we offer you the means to consent to this new purpose: by indicating in a box at the point on the site where profile is created.

Sending connect requests to colleagues and friends: When inviting colleagues and friends to see your availability guidance, preferred contact methods and activity information, you can search the trymehere database in order to search for an existing Member. You are able to use their name or enter their email address if you know it. If the search is unsuccessful, then you are able to send them a connect request by email. Any data you use in this process will not be used by trymehere other than for the process of inviting them, and they will not be able to see any of your information until they have accepted your personal connect request and created a trymehere account.
Communications between Members: The only component of trymehere that involves communications between Members is the process of inviting colleagues and friends described above. From that point all communications between Members is outside of the service and is mutually consensual in nature. If a particular Member that is authorized to see your activity and service information abuses your guidance, then you are able to terminate their ability to see your information, if you so wish, with or without informing them.
Access to the personal data we may hold about you: The only personal data we hold about you is the data you have provided to register on the web site or to create your profile which is always available to you on the service web site. mailing list, or that are expressly solicited by the recipients, are permitted.
Conduct in connection with e-mail that is an obvious nuisance for example pornography or that would be unlawful (for example software piracy) is prohibited.

Any change will become effective 30 calendar days from the day that the change was posted. Please note that you are responsible for keeping your preferred email address up to date.
